Adolfo Jarrin is the founder and CEO of Creating C.A., a Venezuelan based corporation that works in Latin America, specializing in inspiring and guiding organizational transformation toward a values based management system in order to create economical and social wealth.
In the corporate world, and for 17 years, he worked as general manager of multi-million dollar industrial operations in the packaging and beverage business for Empresas Polar in Venezuela. He has been appointed to the Board of Directors of various companies within that corporation. Over the last six years, Adolfo has served as second Vice-President and Director of the Carabobo Industrial Chamber that represent the interest of the industrial sector in the state. In the academic arena, Adolfo supported Universidad Tecnológica del Centro in Valencia as a member of the Directive Council and in 1996 founded the chair of Philosophy of Organizational Change at the postgraduate level of Management. He is currently ‘Invited Professor on Culture and Values’ at the postgraduate level in the Communication School of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá in Colombia. Specialist in Change Management and Leadership, Adolfo has participated in multiple conferences, radio programs while in the processes of publishing his first book entitled: “From the Industrial Revolution to the Corporate Evolution: The Spiritual Dimension of Management.”
He obtained a Mechanical Engineer degree in 1980 and holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineer, both from Universidad Simón Bolivar in Caracas, Venezuela. Born in Spain August 19th, 1958, Adolfo became a Venezuelan citizen in 1968 where he currently lives with his two children: Bárbara (1992) and Adrián (1995). Formerly a professional soccer player, he now enjoys boating and flying as he holds a private pilot license and an instrument rating.
